The Board announces that, pursuant to the announcement released on 27 April 
2009,  Shay Bannon and Malcolm Cohen, business restructuring partners at BDO 
Stoy Hayward, were appointed Joint Administrators of Playgolf (Holdings) Plc, 
and its associated companies, on Tuesday 28 April 2009. 
 
 
All of the companies are involved in either the operation or development of 
multi-sport facilities in the UK for outdoor and indoor play. 
 
 
All of the businesses were immediately sold out of administration. 
 
 
Daniel Stewart & Company PLC has, with immediate effect, resigned as the 
Company's Nominated Adviser and Broker.
