Result of Annual General Meeting & General Meeting 
 
 
Pantheon Leisure plc, the AIM quoted company formed to acquire businesses in the 
leisure sector, held its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') today and all 
resolutions were duly passed. In addition, all resolutions were also passed at 
the General Meeting ('GM'), which was held immediately after the AGM, giving the 
Company authority to cancel 120,000,000 deferred shares.
