Parkwood Holdings plc announces that on 10 May 2011 the Company purchased for cancellation 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 45.5 pence per share.

Following cancellation the Company's capital will consist of 18,098,120 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each and the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 18,098,120.
