    Disposal of Prelude Trust plc's unquoted investments


    The Board announces that the Disposal of the Company's unquoted investments took place today. The Company's assets therefore comprise
cash or cash equivalents of �29.5m.

    Ahead of the General Meeting to be held on 12 June 2008 at which two special resolutions will be put, to wind up the Company voluntarily
and to appoint the Liquidators and to confer appropriate powers on the Liquidators, dealings in the Company's shares will be suspended at
7.30 am on 12 June 2008.

    The definitions set out on pages 3 and 4 of the Company's circular dated 1 May 2008 shall, unless the context requires otherwise, bear
the same meanings in this announcement.
