Issue of equity and total voting rights

Power Capital Global Limited (AIM:PCGB), the Asia based natural resources trading and logistics group, has issued a total of 655,357 ordinary shares in the Company to four employees pursuant to the grant and immediate exercise of options today under the Power Capital Global Limited General Share Option Scheme.

Application will be made for the 655,357 ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 9 December 2013.

Following Admission, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 74,423,932. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 74,423,932. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company following Admission.
