Non-Executive Director appointment

The Company is pleased to announce that Heng-Jui Lin has been appointed to the Board as a non- executive director with immediate effect.

Heng-Jui Lin is the majority shareholder in Power Capital Forex Management Ltd which provides a US$3m loan facility to the Company. He holds a Masters Degree (International Business and Management) from Westminster University, United Kingdom and a BA (Banking Management) from Tamsui Oxford University, Taiwan. Between 1999 and 2007, he held various positions in commercial banking at HSBC, Taishin Bank and Bank Sinopac in Taiwan. His brother is Kung Min Lin, the Company's Chairman.

Simon Dewhurst, Chief Executive Officer, commented: "We are delighted to welcome Henry to the Board."
