Appointment of Directors 
The Company announces that following the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 2 
July  the board of the Company appointed Mr Ibrahim Fakhroo and Ms Carla Hanna 
to the Board of the Company. Both Mr Ibrahim Fakhroo and Ms Carla Hanna are 
employees of Barwa Real Estate Company ("Barwa").  A Separate announcement 
pursuant to schedule 2 (g) of the AIM rules for Companies will be made regarding
