    DIRECTOR'S RESIGNATION

    Panceltica (AIM: PANC) announces that Mr Ghanim Saad Mohammed Al Saad ("Mr Al-Saad") has resigned as a non-executive director of the
Company effective on 24 June 2008.  The appointment of his successor who will on appointment act as a representative for Barwa Real Estate
QSC will be announced once completed.
