    Appointment of non-executive director


    The Board of Oxonica plc ('Oxonica') confirms that it has appointed George Elliott, 56, as a non-executive director of Oxonica.
    George Elliott was Finance Director of Wolfson Microelectronics plc, a leading global provider of high performance mixed-signal
semiconductors to the consumer electronics market, from 2000 to 2007during which time the company successfully listed on the main market of
the London Stock Exchange. Since 2007, he has acted as non-executive director of five high-growth technology companies (two as chairman),
four of which are quoted on AIM and for two of which he also chairs the audit committee.
    Mr Elliott has a BA in Accountancy and Finance and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, having qualified
with Grant Thornton in Edinburgh.
    George Elliott will Chair the Audit and Nominations Committees of the Group.
