   Octopus Titan VCT 4 plc ("the Company") announces that further to the 
issue of a Prospectus on 3 September 2013 relating to an Offer for 
Subscription ("Offer") for ordinary shares of 10p each to raise up to 
GBP10 million, the Board of the Company announces that the Offer is 
fully subscribed and closed with effect from 5.00 pm on 4 April 2014. 
 
   The Company announces that on 4 April 2014, 2,343,630 Ordinary Shares of 
10p each were issued and allotted at a price of GBP1.111 per share 
pursuant to the Offer for Subscription that opened on 3 September 2013. 
 
   The following director was allotted shares and his total holdings are 
detailed below: 
 
   Lars McBride                 72,692 Ordinary Shares (0.019% of the 
issued share capital) 
 
   The Company confirms the allotment and issue of 60,011 Ordinary Shares 
of 10p each at a price of 100.5p to shareholders who elected to receive 
Ordinary Shares under the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme as an alternative 
for the final dividend for the year ended 31 October 2013, payable on 4 
April 2014. 
 
   Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of 
the new shares. Admission is expected to become effective on or around 
18 April 2014. 
 
   The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now: 
38,213,612 Ordinary Shares.
