The Company was notified today that Simon Dannatt, an executive Director of the 
Company, transferred 579,060 ordinary shares in the Company to his self invested 
personal pension on 20 July 2009 at a price of 8.5 pence per ordinary share. 
Following the transfer Simon Dannatt holds the following interest in the 
Company:
