LITIGATION UPDATE

International Oil and Gas Technology Limited announces that the Commercial Court's hearing of the proceedings issued by QOGT Inc. against the Company was completed this week. The Company anticipates that judgement will be released within the three month Court guideline, although hopes that it may be provided sooner.

The Company is required to publish its annual financial report by no later than 30 April 2014.
