in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (representing approximately 0.0016% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) at a price of 4.35 pence per
Ordinary Share on 13 June 2008. Following this deal, Lord Sheppard holds 4,500,000 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 3.03% of the
current issued Ordinary Shares).
