Result of Extraordinary General Meeting on 15 February 2012 ("EGM")

Orchid Developments Group Limited ("Orchid"), the Bulgarian focused property developer and investor, announces that at its Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today Orchid's shareholders voted as follows:

57,402,595 votes for the resolution proposed at the EGM (the "Resolution")

10,000 votes against the Resolution

99.98% of votes were cast in favour of the Resolution

Accordingly, the Resolution was duly passed by shareholders.
