                         Issue of Equity and Options 


The Board of New Media Lottery Services PLC, the gaming content and systems
provider, today announces the issue of 135,000 new ordinary shares of 2/3 pence
each in the Company ("Shares") and the granting of options over 30,000 Shares
that are exercisable at 1 pence per share over five years ("Options") to certain
non Board employees. The new Shares and Options are part of the Company's policy
of rewarding staff for their continued contribution and loyalty to the Company. 
Application is being made for the admission to trading on AIM of the 135,000 new
Shares ("Admission"). The new Shares shall, upon admission, rank pari passu with
the Company's existing issued Shares, and dealings are expected to commence on
15 February 2008. 

Upon Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise
24,935,000 Shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in
treasury. This figure of 24,935,000 Shares may be used by shareholders in the
Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if
they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in,
the share capital of the Company.
