    Tuesday, 4 November 2008 - NETELLER Plc (LSE: NLR), received notification on 3 November 2008 that Franklin Templeton Institutional, LLC
("FTILLC"), which is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Franklin Resources Inc., disposed of an interest in the Company's shares that
resulted in FTILLC holding a total of 5,824,500 ordinary shares representing approximately 4.86% of the issued share capital of the
Company.

    As at 3 November 2008, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
