Sale of Finnish Portfolio



Northern European Properties Limited ("NEPR" or the "Company"), which invests in
real estate opportunities in the Nordic, Baltic regions and Russia, is pleased
to announce that, following an announcement on 18 January 2008 that it had
signed an agreement to sell 39 properties, principally in Finland, through the
sale of shares, to a real estate fund managed by CapMan it has now closed. The
net sale proceeds amount to approximately Euro 800 million. The agreement contains
a price adjustment mechanism following finalisation of technical due diligence
on part of the portfolio which will be completed by the end of March 2008.
