The Company was informed on 18 January 2008 that on 18 January 2008, Ian
Livingstone, a non-executive director of NEPR, purchased 750,000 CFDs over NEPR
ordinary shares ("Shares") at a price of EUR 0.765 per Share.



Following the acquisition Ian Livingstone holds an interest of 2.25 million CFDs
over Shares.
