Cancellation

 
The Company announces that the admission of its ordinary shares to trading on AIM will be 
 cancelled with effect from tomorrow at 8.00 a.m. 
As set out in previous announcements, the admission to trading of its ordinary shares was 
 suspended on 23 December 2013 because the Company was not in a position to publish and file 
 its audited accounts for the year ended 30 June 2013 by 31 December 2013. Although those accounts 
 have now been published, the Company's financial position is such that it requires further 
 financing and it has been unable to finalise this within the required timeframe. 
 
 
 
The Directors have not yet concluded on the most appropriate future for the Company and will 
 communicate any decision when it is made.
