             Further Announcement Regarding Possible Reorganization

Following the announcement on 9 September 2010, the Board of Naya Bharat 
Property Company plc (the "Company") has received requests from some of the 
Company's largest shareholders relating to a desire to realise their investment 
in the Company. 
 
In view of the fact that the size of the shareholdings that these requests 
represent has increased since the last EGM vote, the Board is considering, in 
conjunction with its advisers, strategies which will enable those shareholders 
wishing to exit to do so. 
 
The Board intends, as a matter of urgency, to evaluate all viable options to 
enable the Company to accommodate redemption requests without prejudicing 
shareholders who may wish to retain their holdings and will write to 
shareholders as soon as possible with proposals regarding the future of the 
Company. 
 
A further announcement will be made in due course.
