                            Major interest in shares



The Board of Myhome announces that, pursuant to Chapter 5 of the Financial
Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, they received formal
notification on 5 March 2008 that following an acquisition of ordinary shares
Barclays plc had an indirect interest in 3,443,104 ordinary shares in the
Company as at 26 February 2008. This represents 5.42% of the current voting
rights of the Company. These interests are held through Barclays Stockbrokers
Limited and Gerrard Investment Management Limited.



The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 5 pence each in
the Company.
