The Company was notified on 25 February 2008, that Jon Pither, non-executive
Chairman, has purchased 100,000 Myhome ordinary shares at a price of 22.45 pence
per share on 25 February 2008.

Neal Gossage, Finance Director, notified the Company on 25 February 2008 that he
has purchased 40,000 Myhome ordinary shares via his self invested personal
pension plan, which is managed by Hargreaves Lansdown, at a price of 22.5 pence
per share on 25 February 2008.

As such Jon Pither and Neal Gossage have the following interests in the voting
rights of the Company as at 25 February 2008:
