The Company announces that, pursuant to Chapter 5 of the Financial Services
Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, they received formal notification
on 7 February 2008 that, as at 5 February 2008, Paul Fraser was directly
interested in 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 3.147% of
the total voting rights of the Company.

The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 5 pence each in
the Company.
