    Suspension

    Mineral Securities Limited ("the Company") announces that it has learned today that CopperCo Limited has appointed Administrators and
had its shares suspended on the ASX.

    The Directors understand that following the compulsory acquisition of the Company's shares, CopperCo Limited now owns 100% of the issued
share capital of the Company, however CopperCo has not yet issued consideration shares to all of the Company's shareholders.

    The Directors have requested that the Company's shares be suspended on AIM pending further clarification.
