                                Issue of Equity 
Further to the Notice of AGM posted to shareholders on 28 July 2010, Mavinwood 
plc announces that, in anticipation of the proposed share consolidation to be 
voted on at the General Meeting on 22 July 2010, whereby shareholders on the 
Register at the close of business on 22 July 2010 will exchange 50 existing 
ordinary shares in the capital of the Company for 1 new ordinary share in the 
capital of the Company, the Company today has issued 39 ordinary shares ("New 
Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company to Geraldton Services Inc at par 
value. The New Ordinary Shares will ensure that there is a whole number of new 
5p ordinary shares in the Company once the consolidation takes place. 
 
Application has been made for the admission of the New Ordinary Shares to 
trading on AIM ("Admission").  It is expected that Admission will take place and 
that trading in the New Ordinary Shares will commence on 20 July 2010.
