The Company was informed on 18 November that;

on 17 November 2004 Global Promotions sold 3,000,000 ordinary shares in the
Company and on 18 November sold a further 54,000,000 ordinary shares, following
which it no longer holds a notifiable interest in Maverick; and

also on 17 November, Capital Features Limited sold 40,000,000 ordinary shares in
the Company and no longer holds a notifiable interest in the capital of the
Company.
