Interim Dividend Declaration

The following amendment has been made to the 'Interim Dividend Declaration' announcement released on 16 August 2018 at 09:32 under RNS No 0169Y:

The record date was incorrectly stated as 23 August 2018 and should have been 24 August 2018.

All other details remain unchanged.

As part of the liquidation process and due to the Company seeking to maintain its investment trust status, the Directors have today declared an Interim Dividend for the year ended 31 December 2018 of 3.0p per Ordinary Share.

The Interim Dividend will be payable on 10 September 2018 to holders of Ordinary Shares on the Register at the close of business on 24 August 2018.
