Director's Shareholding



The Company has been notified today that Steve Ayres, Chief Executive of the
Company, has made the following purchase of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in
the capital of the Company.

As a result of this purchase, Mr Ayres's interest in the share capital of the
Company is now 374,500 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 2.5 percent of
