MILLER FISHER GROUP PLC



          Miller Fisher Group plc ("Miller Fisher" or the "Company")



Miller Fisher has made application to the UK Listing Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for the admission to listing of 366,946 ordinary shares of 5p,
each ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares.
Application has also been made to the Irish Stock Exchange for admission to
trading.


These new ordinary shares are being issued in relation to the acquisition of
Brian Collins & Associates Limited through its Irish loss adjusting
subsidiary, Miller Farrell Group Limited as announced on 8 May 2000. Under the
terms of this acquisition, deferred consideration of IR#96,250 is now payable
of which the vendors agreed to subscribe for new shares in Miller Fisher in
respect of 50% of the deferred consideration payable. It is expected that
admission will become effective, and that dealings in these shares will
commence, on 17 July 2001.
