Board Changes 
 
 
The Company announces today that Gerard Kelly, Finance Director, is resigning 
from the Board with effect from Friday, 24 April 2009 to pursue a new 
opportunity. 
 
 
John Dunne has been appointed to work with the Board as Interim Chief Financial 
Officer.  John Dunne is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management 
Accountants and an experienced finance director having held senior management 
positions across a range of sectors, including marketing, retail and 
manufacturing. 
 
 
Simon Johnson, Chairman and Chief Executive commented:

effectiveness, from our listing on AIM in 2006 through to our position today as 
one of the fastest growing debt solutions businesses in the UK.  On behalf of
