that Jonathan Bartman, a director of the Company sold 300,000 shares in the 
Company at 10p each on that day. Following this disposal, Jonathan Bartman holds 
2,295,000 shares in the Company, representing 5.7% of the Company's issued share 
capital. 
The Company was notified on 22 January 2009 that Simon Johnson, the Chairman and 
Chief Executive of the Company, acquired 300,000 shares on that day at 10p each. 
 Following this acquisition, Simon Johnson holds 27,950,000 shares in the 
Company, representing 69.9% of the Company's issued share capital.
