                                Director Dealing


The Company was notified on 7 February 2008 that Jonathan Bartman, the Managing
Director of the Company, sold 205,000 shares on the same day at a price of 
21.5p per share. The sale was made to satisfy demand from institutional 
investors.  Following this disposal Jonathan Bartman holds 2,595,000 shares in 
the Company, representing 6.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
