Following the announcement by The Fine Art Auction Group Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Stanley Gibbons Group plc, on 20 October 2014 declaring the recommended cash offer for Mallett unconditional in all respects, Mallett today announces that the Company's Chairman, Lord Daresbury, and non-executive director, James Heneage, have resigned from the board of Mallett.

Mallett Chief Executive, Giles Hutchinson Smith, commented "the Board would like to express its sincere thanks to Lord Daresbury and James Heneage for their many years of service and valuable contribution to Mallett. We wish them every success for the future".
