Board Changes

Leyshon Resources Limited (AIM/ASX: LRL) ("Leyshon Resources" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Paul Atherley, currently a Non-executive Director, will assume the role of Leyshon Resources Non-executive Chairman effective immediately. Richard Seville will remain a Non-executive Director.

The change reflects the continued focus of identifying a suitable project for Leyshon Resources which will enable re-compliance for listing on the Australian Securities Exchange and/or re-admission to the London Alternative Investment Market.
