The  Company  was  notified on 13 October 2007 that following  the  purchase  of
100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 12 October 2007, Mr Rakesh Sehgal   is
now  interested  in  1,681,000  Ordinary Shares in  the  Company.  This  holding
represents 6.10% of the Company's issued share capital.
