                    Result of AGM and change of adviser name


Libra Natural Resources plc (AIM: LNR), the international company that acquires
and invests in waste-to-energy assets, announces that, at the Annual General
Meeting held today, all of the resolutions proposed to shareholders were duly
passed.



The Company also announces today that the name of the Company's nominated
adviser and joint broker has changed from Teather & Greenwood Limited to
Landsbanki Securities (UK) Limited.
