Resignation of Director 
 
 
Legion Group today announces that Gerard Kelly has tendered his resignation as 
Finance Director in order to pursue other business opportunities.  He steps down 
from the board with immediate effect, but will remain with the group in an 
interim capacity to help oversee the handover of his responsibilities. 
 
 
The company has commenced the process of finding a successor, whose appointment 
will be announced in due course.
