Total Voting Rights

The  Company  wishes  to announce the following information as at 14 December 2006,  pursuant  to  the
Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6:

No ordinary shares are held in treasury.

The  above  figure for total number of ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the  denominator

a  change  to  their interest in, the Company under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure  and
Transparency Rules.
