                              Director Shareholding


The  Company has been notified today that Charles Burton, the recently appointed
Chairman of Lewis Charles Sofia Property Fund, has today purchased 50,000 shares
in the Company at a price of 58.5p per share.

Mr.  Burton's total interest in the Company is now 50,000 Ordinary Shares of  no
par value, representing 0.10% of the total shares in issue.
