Adjourned Annual General Meeting


London Asia Chinese Private Equity Fund Limited (the "Company") wishes to
announce that a Circular has been to sent to Shareholders to reconvene the
Adjourned Annual General Meeting of the Company, which will be held at No. 1 Le
Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3JX at 10:00am on Friday 22nd of February,
to:



1.   receive and, if thought fit, to accept the reports of the Directors and 
     Auditors and the audited financial statements for the period ended 31 March 
     2007;

2.   appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers as Auditors and to authorise the Directors 
     to agree their remuneration;  and

3.   approve the Company's investment strategy (in accordance with AIM Rules) as 
     follows:
     "The investment objective of the Company is to provide Shareholders with 
     capital growth from investing in a portfolio of companies whose business 
     operations are based in China".
