Allotment of C Shares

The Board is pleased to announce that in accordance with the terms of the offer
for subscription dated 13 October 2005 (the "Offer"), a further 1,367,650 C
shares of 5 pence each were allotted on 22 March 2006 at 100p per share.

Application has been made for the admission of the 1,367,650 C shares to the
Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock
Exchange plc's market for listed securities.

The number of C shares in issue at this date stands at 5,692,447
