Jetion Solar (AIM:JHL), the manufacturer of high-performance solar cells and modules, was notified on 24 January 2011 that Jingang Dingsheng Investment Holding Limited acquired 300,000 shares on 4 January 2011, 350,000 shares on 7 January 2011, 650,000 shares on 10 January, 1,066 666 shares on 21 January 2011 and now holds a total of 6,771,666 shares in the Company, representing 8.99% of the issued share capital.
