development company, announces that Sir Eric Parker, Non-Executive Director of 
the Company, notified IRE on 17th April 2009 that he disposed of 7,500 ordinary 
shares in the Company on 8 April 2009 at a price of 25p per share. Sir Eric 
Parker no longer holds any ordinary shares in the Company.
