International Real Estate Plc, the AIM traded European property investment and 
development company, announces that further to the statement made yesterday 
regarding the proposed cancellation of the Company's ordinary shares from 
trading on AIM, the expected time and date of cancellation of the Company's 
ordinary shares from trading on AIM is 7 a.m. on 1st May 2009. 
 
 
A copy of the circular containing full details of the proposed cancellation of 
ordinary shares from trading on AIM is available on the Company's website at
