Invocas has been notified that Bob Lewis, Non-Executive Director of the Company, 
yesterday disposed of 600,000 ordinary shares in the Company by way of gift to 
two trusts in favour of his two daughters. In each case, both Mr Lewis and his 
wife are the trustees. 
 
 
Accordingly, Mr Lewis' overall shareholding in Invocas remains unchanged at 
2,206,385 ordinary shares representing 7.72 per cent of the entire issued share 
capital of the Company, He is now beneficially interested in 226,385 ordinary 
shares and non-beneficially interested in 1,980,000 ordinary shares.
