International Mining and Infrastructure Corporation plc (the "Issuer")

$30,000,000 8.75% Bonds due 2016

(the "Bonds")

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - 22 October 2015

RE: Update to Interest Rate Provisions and Final Redemption Date of the Bonds

The Issuer wishes to announce that following restructure as a result of issuing a Consent Solicitation Memorandum and execution of the Supplementary Deed the following changes have been implemented:

   --     The Final Redemption Date has been changed from 30 October 2016 to 30 October 2021. 
   --     The interest payable on the Bonds has been amended from 8.75% to 5%. 

-- Subject to clauses 5 and 6 of the Instrument dated 16 April 2013, the Bonds shall be repayable at 132.059% of par.

-- Payment of the interest has changed from bi-annual to annual and therefore shall be paid on every 30 October until the bond maturity date of 30 October 2021.
