ISSUED UNDER THE GBP2,000,000,000 IMPALA BONDS PROGRAMME BY INVESTEC BANK PLC (THE "ISSUER")

In order to correct an inconsistency in the Final Terms relating to the Notes, the following amendments have been made:

   1.         the Final Redemption Valuation Date as 5 September 2023; and 
   2.         the Maturity Date as 12 September 2023.
