Board Change

Intandem Films plc (AIM: IFM), the London based international film group, announces that Robert Mitchell has resigned from his position as Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect.

Tim Crowley, who joined recently as an Executive Director, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. It is intended that Mr Crowley's role will include setting a new strategic direction for the business, including assisting the board in raising new funds. As announced previously, the Company's financial position remains difficult however the Company is currently in discussions with a number of parties regarding further investment into the Company.

The Company's shares remain suspended from trading on AIM.
