Board Changes

Intandem Films plc, the London based international film group, is delighted to announce the appointment of Corinne Lambert and Chris Sykes as Non Executive Directors with immediate effect. Both these appointments will bring a wealth of relevant experience to the Board.

Ms. Lambert has over 15 years experience in marketing and developing businesses in the financial industry having held positions at SAXO Bank, Lombard Odier, Gartmore Investment Management, UBS Warburg and Merrill Lynch. She has a strong track record of raising assets from private banks, institutions, private high net worth individuals and family offices.

Mr. Sykes is a banking and finance partner at Clyde & Co LLP. He has over 20 years experience acting for banks and other financial institutions in relation to real estate finance, acquisition finance and general corporate banking. He has also undertaken many assignments in relation to the secondary debt market from simple loan transfers to the acquisition of whole portfolios and sometimes the bank itself.

Chris also acts for real estate investors and developers in relation to their finance transactions ranging from straightforward bilateral loans through to securitisation.

At the same time, the Board announces that John James has resigned as a Non Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
