Intandem Films Plc, the London based international film group, is pleased to 
announce that it has raised GBP578,400 through a placing of 9,640,000 new 
ordinary shares (the `Placing Shares') at 6p per share in the Company. 
 
Application has been made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on 
AIM (`Admission') and it is expected that dealings will commence at 8:00 am on 
15 July 2011. 
 
Following Admission, the Company's enlarged share capital will comprise 
126,210,000 ordinary shares with voting rights. This figure may be used by 
shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which 
they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a 
change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's 
Disclosure and Transparency Rules. 
 
Commenting on the placing, CEO of Intandem, Gary Smith, said: 
 
"I am delighted at the support of investors in this Placing of shares. The 
Board has set out the Company's business plan for the next 12 months which 
includes several exciting developments. We have set up a presence in Los 
Angeles to assist in closing the financing for the bigger films we are working 
on and we will be implementing a comprehensive social network marketing 
campaign aimed at gaining higher exposure for our films and for enhancing the 
Intandem brand across a wide audience".
